Coating capability for wholesale lens programs
From standard hard coating to HMC, SHMC, EMI, blue coating, and green coating options, Vena Optical helps buyers match coating structure with lens material, market positioning, durability requirements, and private label supply plans.
- Hard coating support for improved scratch resistance and daily wear durability.
- Multi-layer AR coating options for clearer lens appearance and improved light transmission.
- Super hydrophobic finishing for easier cleaning and a more premium user experience.
- Coating color and specification support based on buyer requirements and target markets.
Lens Preparation and Surface Control
Clean lens substrates are checked before coating to reduce visible defects and confirm suitable surface condition. Dust, residue, and handling marks are controlled before coating so the final lens surface remains clear and consistent.

Hard Coating and Vacuum AR Coating
The lens receives the required base coating layer according to material, index, and durability requirements. Anti-reflective layers are applied in a controlled coating environment to achieve the required reflection color and optical appearance.
Hydrophobic Finishing and Batch Inspection
Optional SHMC finishing improves water resistance, cleaning performance, and the premium feel of the lens surface. Finished coated lenses are inspected for surface quality, color consistency, optical clarity, and packing readiness before shipment.

Custom Coating Support for Your Market
Different customers need different coating priorities. Vena supports sample confirmation and specification discussion for retail chains, optical labs, distributors, and private label lens programs, including coating structure, reflection color, blue-cut, EMI, tint, mirror, and OEM packaging requirements.
